Hot Banana Shortcake
Make shortcakes with Bisquick, set aside
2 TBS. butter
3 TBS. dark brown sugar
4 large ripe but firm bananas, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
juice of 1 lemon
heavy cream, whipped
In a large saute pan, melt butter. Add dark brown sugar and heat until sugar
Add sliced bananas and coat with butter-sugar mixture. Squeeze lemon juice
Cook until heated through.
Serve with whipped cream, sprinkle with powdered cinnamon, and garnish with red fruit.
