HOT CRAB DIP

HOT CRAB DIP

1 (8 OZ) pkg cream cheese
1 Tbsp milk
1 (6.5 oz) can or fresh crab meat
1/4 cup onion, finely diced or 1 1/2 Tbsp onion flakes
Salt
Pepper
Toasted Almonds (opt)

Blend all ingredients and put in a light buttered or sprayed baking dish and top with toasted almonds. Bake @375 degrees for fifteen minutes. For a party, just double, triple, etc. ingredients but adjust baking time (five minutes for each increase).
