Hot Crab Dip
6 Tbsp. cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
7 1/2 oz. canned crabmeat, drained
4 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce or Hot sauce
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium-size mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in crabmeat, minced onion, lemonjuice and Tabasco sauce. Spoon mixture into a small oven-proof dish that has been sprayed with a no-fat cookingspray. Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.Serve with crackers, potato chips, tortilla or taco chips.
