Hot Dip

1 lbs ground beef
½ cup flour
2 cups milk
1 stick of butter
I whole green pepper chopped
I whole onion chopped
Jalapeno’s to taste
2 packages of Mexican Velveeta (small) or 1 Mexican Velveeta (large) - cubed
Tostitos chips

Brown and strain meat. Blend milk and flour together in blender with jalapeno’s then microwave on med heat till hot. If it gets to thick like dough just add more milk then blend again. Sauté onion and pepper with a stick of butter. Add all ingredients together in large pot with Velveeta and cook for around 30 minutes on med heat stirring frequently or until cheese is melted…
