2 avocados
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
4 Tablespoons sharp cheddar cheese
4 Tablespoons toast crumbs
SAUCE:
2 Tablespoon butter
2 Tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
Half avocados, remove seed, leave skins on. Melt butter, add flour, then slowly stir in milk until sauce bubbles and thickens. Add chicken. Spoon all into avocado cavities. Sprinkle with cheese over top. Lightly dust with toast crumbs. Place in a pan of warm water (about 1/2 inch deep.) Put in a 400* oven and heat for 4 to 5 minuted. Serves 4
