Hot Slaw

1 bag coleslaw mix 1 stalk celery 3 dill pickles , diced 14 1/2 oz. petite diced tomatoes, drained or 1 large tomato, diced 1 small green pepper 1 large onion 1 small bottle ketchup 3/4 c. vinegar 3 T. hot sauce more or less to taste 4 T. sugar salt to taste
In a large bowl combine all the vegetables. Stir together ketchup, hot sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt. pour over vegetables and stir to coat. Let set at least 12 hrs. The longer it sets the better it gets. Will keep up to a month in refrigerator. Great with beans, barbecue , fried chicken or pork chops.
