HURRICANE FUDGE

1 c. dark brown sugar
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Combine sugars, syrup and milk; bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes ONLY, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add vanilla and chips. Beat until smooth, add nuts and mix thoroughly. Turn out on buttered platter or drop by tablespoon on wax paper (be very quick).
