Easy night for me - meatless Friday -

Buttered noodles - noodles, butter, minced fresh parsley and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.

Salad mix - romaine, iceberg, grape tomatoes, cukes, radishes, carrot slivers with a dressing of olive oil and fresh lemon; salt, pepper, basil.

Dessert - angel food cakes made in my Xpress 101 (they bake in 7 minutes!)

Lunch was panini done on George Forman - tuna salad - tuna, salad dressing, chopped sweet midgies (and a few to eat on the side!!), chopped celery and chopped onion. Split French bread in half, line with lettuce leaves, spread tuna salad over, one will have sliced white American cheese - the other won’t - and grill until heated through. Of course, sweet midgies and some large stuffed green olives make it complete.
