Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

[li]Dark Chocolate Cookies 25
[/li][li]Butter (softened) 5 ounce
[/li][li]Fruit Cocktail 1 cup
[/li][li]Vanilla Ice Cream 1 Liter
[/li][li]Chocolate Sauce as required
[/li][/ul]

Method

[li]Mix butter in crushed cookies and spread base at the bottom of pie dish.
[/li][li]Spread fruit cocktail.
[/li][li]Top with softened Vanilla Ice cream.
[/li][li]Drizzle chocolate Sauce. Chill until firm and serve.

This is so easy, I will try this but will use peaches instead of fruit cocktail and I’ll use butterscotch ice cream instead of vanilla
