I have made this kind of stuffing for years , this kind of stuffing has been handed down in my family for years , it has come all the way over from Irland so thats how far back it has come , and last year my daughter asked me how to make it now , so the next one in the family now has it, so you see it is not lost now. it is a good stuffing.
