Indonesian Chichken Satay

Saute 1 small onion & 2 garlic cloves in a bit of peanut oil, then add 3 Tbs. peanut butter, 1/4 cup lemon juice, and 1 tsp. each tumeric, chili powder & soy sauce. Simmer one minute; cool & use on chicken or shrimp and veggies, and kabobs. Enjoy!
