“Fancy” burgers: ground round, minced onion, minced garlic, minced fresh parsley, cracked black pepper, kosher salt, minced red and green bell pepper.
Scrubbed potatoes; boiled whole (not cooked till tender); cooled; cut into thick slices; seasoned with garlic, salt, pepper, parsley and paprika (coat lightly in olive oil first), and grilled to heat through.
Corn on the cob.
Salad: romaine, endive, spinach leaves, radishes, cukes, cherry tomatoes, pepperoncini, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, basil.
Pie: Graham cracker crust (large one), sliced banana to fill the bottom and around the sides of the crust; filled with 2 packages instant banana flavored pudding; topped with whipped cream (serving.)
