Intro - my first post

Hi folks! I go by gwbasley but you can shorten that to gw if you like. I love food, especially bold, savory sauces. I’ve been known to take a straight swig of worchestershire just because it was there. Being retired I now have lots of time for new food ventures and hope to meet some new friends here!
