Introduction

Hello everyone.

I am Steve, I began cooking with my grandmother at about age 6. I have always enjoyed cooking. At about age 25 I was giving the opportunity to work in a 4 1/2 star restaurant. It was quite an experience. I still love cooking so that brings me to this site. A great place to share recipes.

Same here…I remember one visit with my gma/gpa we made homemade raviolis. 42 dozen to be exact. Each one had a hand rolled mini meatball inside they were very small ravioli…all laid out on a clean white bed sheet on the bed.

ahhh…the memories… the best came after we were done and we got to eat them :wink:
