Just wanted to know if there was a substitute one can use for the white wine in the recipe for the Texas Roadhouse Sirloin Beef Tips. I am not one to use wine in cooking but I also want to stay true to the flavor that white wine would supposedly give to the dish. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Thank Kitchen Witch. That does help.
You can also try a non-alcoholic wine to give you a taste closer to what you get with wine.
Thank you for your answer Ivdkeyes also. Never thought of that one.
You are welcome. Glad to help when I can.
