Italian Crescent Casserole
1 lb ground chuck
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pkg spaghetti sauce mix
1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
8 oz can crescent rolls
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp melted margarine or butter
Brown meat and onions; drain and stir in spaghetti sauce mix and tomato
sauce. Heat until hot and bubbly. Combine mozzarella cheese and sour
cream. Pour meat mixture into ungreased pan and spoon cheese mixture
over this. Separate rolls into rectangles and place over cheese
mixture. Combine Parmesan cheese and butter and crumble over top of
dough Bake 18-25 minutes at 375
