Italian fruit salad

Italian Fruit Salad

½ cup honey
1/3 cup orange liqueur (we used Triple Sec, which is relatively inexpensive)
1 pound strawberries (halved, or quartered, if especially large)
½ pound seedless grapes
1 15-ounce can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into ½-inch chunks, or 1 20-ounce can pineapple chunks with juice, drained
½ pint raspberries
½ pint blueberries
½ pint blackberries

In a small bowl, whisk together honey and fruit liqueur. Wash the berries and grapes. Add all the fruit to a large serving bowl, add the dressing and toss everything together. Chill well before serving.
