Italian Turkey Cutlets

8 oz Tomato sauce
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 1/2 ts Dried oregano leaves
1 tb Dried parsley flakes
1 ts Dried thyme leaves
1/2 ts Salt
1 Clove garlic, minced or 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 ts Crushed red pepper
1 lb Turkey cutlets

Combine tomato sauce, oil, oregano, parsley, thyme, salt, garlic and crushed red pepper in small bowl. Spread one tablespoon sauce over each cutlet. Roll up. Place seam side down in 8-inch square baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce over cutlets. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 25 minutes.
