We all love Mom’s way of using leftover turkey. Depending on your taste-take 1/2 - 1 onion and dice. Add 1-2 stalks of diced celery and gentle brown them in butter. Add 2-3 TBS of chili powder (or more if desired) After you’ve done this add 2-3 TBS of flour and make a paste. Add 1 cup of chicken broth. Add 2 cups of cooked turkey and serve over cooked rice. My husband and kids actually cheer when this is served but they call it Turkey boom bah !! Enjoy!
