Jamaican-Style Jerk Chicken Whites

Comments: Serve over boiled rice, along with green peas.

1/2 cup [125 mL] calorie-wise peppercorn ranch dressing
1 teaspon [5 mL] allspice
1 teaspoon [5 mL] hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] curry powder
1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] garlic powder
2 green onions, chopped
4 chicken whites



Into a shallow glass dish, mix together all ingredients except chicken whites; reserve 2 tablespoons [30 mL] mixture for basting.
Add chicken whites to remaining marinade; turn to coat.
Leave to marinate, refrigerated, for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven broiler.
Arrange chicken whites onto the rack of a roasting pan.
Broil chicken whites for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until done, basting chicken whites with reserved marinade when turning.
