1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup scallion, diced
4 hot peppers, finely chopped
2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Store in an airtight container, refrigerated for up to one month
