Joe’s Crab Shack Crab Dip
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt, like Lawry
1/8 teaspoon paprika
4 teaspoons yellow onions, very finely diced
4 teaspoons green peppers, very finely diced
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (6 ounce) can lump crabmeat, drained
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and butter until completely smooth.
Blend in salt and paprika.
Stir in onions, green peppers and mozzarella cheese.
Gently fold in lump crab meat.
Place in a lightly greased (spray with cooking spray such as Pam)small shallow baking dish.
Baked in preheated oven at 350 degrees until mixture bubbles. This should take 10-14 minutes.
Serve with lightly salted tortilla chips, crackers, or bagel chips.
