Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

1 pound ground beef
2 T evaporated milk
2 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 or 2 garlic cloves minced
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
4 slices swiss cheese

Mix together gently and form into patties (makes approximately 4). Grill burgers as usual on the grill until done. Add swiss cheese slices until melted. Take off grill and let stand a couple minute.

I serve on toasted garlic bagels instead of hamburger buns with mustard or mayo and your favorite other hamburger toppings.
