Howdy! First post. Just feeling my way around the forums and familiarizing myself with where things are… Um, I never know what to say in the intro posts, but later on I’ll warm right up!
My seasoning standbys are onion powder and garlic powder, salt and pepper. I’ve gotten in kind of a rut, so I’m hoping to throw caution to the wind and try to learn how to use some different herbs and seasonings. And I want to relearn how to make homemade bread - I used to make it all the time and now it turns out like a brick. :?
Anyway… don’t want to talk anyone’s ear off first thing.
