*Batch recipe

Ingredients:

3 liters lemon juice

3 liters water

2 liters sugar

1 cup orange juice

2 liters Durango tequila

Directions:

Fill glass with ice. Top with the mix. Shake. Pour over ice.

Smokey Bandit Margarita

Ingredients:

1 ½ oz. Durango tequila

½ oz. triple sec

2 oz. watermelon juice

6 each mint leaves

1 oz. sour

Directions:

Add all ingredients. Add ice. Shake. Dump over ice.

El Camino

Ingredients:

2 oz. Anejo

¾ oz. Grand Marnier

½ oz. Lime Juice

½ oz. Pomegranate Puree

Soda

Directions:

Add Ingredients over ice. Shake. Strain.

Traditional Spanish Sangria
Ingredients:

[li]a bottle of Spanish Rioja
[/li][li]1 orange, seeded and sliced into 1/4″ rounds
[/li][li]1 lemon, seeded and sliced into 1/4″ rounds
[/li][li]1 apple, seeded and sliced into 8 wedges
[/li][li]1 peach, pitted and sliced into 8 wedges
[/li][li]1 cup Contreau (orange liqueur)
[/li][li]16 fl oz lemon-lime soda
[/li][/ol]

Method:

[li]1. In a 2 quart glass pitcher, combine all the ingredients.
