Kalbi Beef is what's for dinner!

I marinated short ribs in a sweet Korean barbeque sauce for 2 days. Now they’re ready to be fired up on the grill. Corn on the cob and calrose rice goes on the side. I can’t wait to get home and start cooking!

Is it necessary to marinate them for 2 days? I thought overnight (18 hours) would suffice. Please let me know…THANKS!
