Kansas City Strip Steaks


2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 cloves garlic – minced
4 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
2 pounds sirloin steaks – 1" thick

Combine first 8 ingredients. Trim fat from meat. Rub mixture on both sides
of steaks. Cover; refrigerate steaks 1 hour.

Grill on grill rack of uncovered grill directly over medium coals to desired
doneness, turning once. Yield: 8 servings.
