Kellogg’s Coating for chicken pieces

Herb Coating:
2oz KELLOGG’S CORN FLAKES
1/2 teasp thyme
1/2 teasp paprika pepper
1 egg
4 Chicken pieces

Curry Coating:
2oz KELLOGG’S CORN FLAKES
1/2 teasp curry powder
1 Egg
4 Chicken pieces

Cooking Instructions:
Mix together the crushed Corn Flakes and seasonings.

Dip the chicken pieces in the egg and then in the seasoned crumbs, pressing on well. Place in a foil lined tin and bake at 375¡F for about one hour, or until cooked.

Serve hot or cold with salad.
