2 Cups Flour
1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 dash Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Buttermilk
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Cut in the butter until the mixture
resembles coarse crumbs. Mix in the buttermilk.
Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead about 10 times.
Transfer to an ungreased baking sheet, pat out to 6x6 square and cut into
9-12 sections (depending on what size you want the biscuits). Do not

of the square comes out clean.
Separate and serve hot.
