Tried the KFC Roterrise Gold chicken recipe posted awhile back by bamamama for dinner tonight and it was very good. Just enough honey to give it a really good taste.
KFC Roterrise Gold Marinade
1/4 c. oil 1 T. honey 1 T. lime juice 1/4 t. paprika seasoning salt to taste
Mix all ingredients in pan and heat until honey melts and well blended. Arrange 4 chicken pieces in baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray . Bake uncovered at 400 for 40 minutes basting every 15 minutes with marinade. Remove from oven cover with fol and let set 15 minutes.
