Kid’s Macaroni & Cheese
1 (7 to 8 ounce) package elbow macaroni
8 ounces Velveeta cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter or margarine
1 tablespoon dry minced onion
1 (10-ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
4 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated
Cook macaroni until al dente. While macaroni is cooking,
put remaining ingredients as listed into a saucepan and
stir over low heat until cheeses melt and mixture is
smooth. Use a wire whish to combine cheese mixture. Add hot
drained macaroni. Coat it well with the cheese mixture and
turn it into a buttered 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake
at 350° for 30 minutes.
