KW's BBQ Burgers for game day

Today my team is playing and I plan I enjoying the game - so no long cooking sessions in the kitchen.

I’m making my always requested BBQ Burgers with steak fries, bean salad and pickles.

Start with fresh ground chuck formed into patties of at least 1/3 lb. each.
Skillet fry in olive oil and butter (definitely for the flavor) with gresh garlic cloves (heat the oil and butter, add the garlic cloves and do not brown the cloves - then add the patties.)

Season with my BBQ seasoning mix - salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, etc.

Serve on toasted and lightly buttered bulkie (egg) rolls, and top with sliced Swiss, sliced sharp Cheddar, crisp bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo mixed with BBQ sauce (ketchup, onion, vinegar, honey ,etc - made a batch of sauce for tomorrows ribs). Homemade steak fries and an assortment of pickles and peppers.

While the deep fryer is on I’ll make twists for dessert - flour, egg, salt - sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar.
