La Tortilla Factory Picante Chicken Salad Wraps
3/4 cup picante sauce OR salsa
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
2 cups cooked chicken breast strips
3 cups shredded lettuce
3/4 cup sour cream
6 (10-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
1 medium tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Mix together picante sauce, lime juice and chili powder in a large bowl. Add chicken and lettuce and toss to coat. Spread 2 tablespoons sour cream on each tortilla to within 1/2-inch of edge. Spoon about 3/4 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with tomato and cheese, dividing evenly among tortillas. Fold in sides of tortillas over filling and then roll up to enclose. Cut each wrap in half. Serve with additional picante sauce for dipping, if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
