Lamb Chops With Mushrooms & Cranberries

8 – (about 1½ Lbs) 1 Inch Thick Lamb Loin Chops
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Corn, Sunflower Or Canola Oil
1½ Cups Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
1¼ Cups Cold Water
1 Pkg Knorr Roasted Garlic & Red Wine Garden Herb Sauce Mix
¼ Cup Dried Cranberries

Sprinkle Chops With Pepper.

In Skillet Over Medium- High Heat, Heat Oil. Brown Chops With Mushrooms About 5 Minutes.

Whisk Together Water & Sauce Mix. Pour Into Skillet With Cranberries. Bring To Boil, Stirring Constantly. 

Reduce Heat & Simmer 5 Minutes Or Until Lamb Is Cooked As Desired, Stirring Occasionally.

Replace Lamb With 1 Pound Boneless Pork Loin Chops If Desired, Cook As Above, Until Still Slightly Pink Inside.

Replace Garden Herb Sauce Mix With 1 Package Knorr Demi-glace Classic Roast Gravy Mix If Desired.

Makes 4 Servings.
