Lamb Kabob

I just finished dinner and before My hubby went to the store I thought I would have to eat left-over macarroni with meat sauce, nothing wrong with that but just wanted something else. I ended up having a lamb/red onion kabob, Dale found it made up in the meat section and I sauted it in olive oil and put it over ramen noodles. Oh how I love lamb! For dessert I’m having an iced cinnamon roll with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
