Large Cheese Cake Yugoslavian

2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream

Mix together well. Add these ingredients to above:

6 large eggs
8 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla

Grease and flour 10 inch spring-form pan. Pour in batter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour, then turn off oven and let cake remain in the oven for one hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cinnamon. Put in refrigerator until cold, then take off side spring. Top with any flavor ready pie filling. Cake can be frozen. For smaller cake, use ½ of the ingredients.
