this is incredible easy. I got the recipe from my boyfriend’s mom, and cooked it for him a couple of nights ago. He said that it was even better than his mom’s.
Lasagna

[li]24 oz. Small curd cottage cheese
[/li][li]1.5 lbs. Ground beef
[/li][li]1 container of Ragu
[/li][li]1 lb. Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
[/li][li]1 lb. Medium shells (pasta)
[/li][li]2 eggs
[/li][li]1 small onion
[/li][li]2 T parsley
[/li][li]½ cup parmesan cheese
[/li][/ul]
Cook pasta.
Mix eggs, cottage cheese, ½ cup of parmesan cheese, ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, and 2 T parsley together.
Cook ground beef and onion until no longer pink. (add seasoning as needed)
Mix beef and Ragu sauce.
Shells at bottom. Sauce over shells.
Cook 30 minutes at 375 degrees
Put remaining mozzarella cheese, and then put in oven for 15 minutes.
Total: 45 minutes
