Lazy Apple Strudel
1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 can apple pie filling
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Roll the puff pastry to 1/3 inch thick. Take a piece of pastry that is approximately 6 inches wide by 12 inches long. Along the long sides, cut 2 inch slits approximately every inch on both sides. Spread the pie filling in the middle of the pastry. Fold the pastry over the pie filling, weaving the cut pieces to make a braid over the top. Place on a non-stick baking pan. Bake 40-45 minutes.
Enjoy hot or cold!
