Now that Thanksgiving is over with - tell us what you are going to do with your leftover turkey??
At my house, some gets frozen in gravy for future meals, some gets diced and frozen for salads or casseroles or enjoyed later with teriyaki or barbecue sauce!! The carcass is boiled with carrots, onions, celery and seasonings to make broth and/or soup. Broth is then either frozen or canned for future use. Gravy is frozen for later (I like to dip my french fries in gravy - add a salad and some tea and I have a great lunch!)
