Lemon and Herb Rice

Lemon and Herb Rice

1 cup uncokked rice
2 cups water
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 oregano leaves
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Place rice, water, butter and herbs in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Simmer 20-25 mins. Stir in lemon juice. Serve.
