1 baguette
2 tablespoons cream cheese
¼ cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup lemon juice
pinch dried lemon peel
pinch sugar
pinch granulated garlic
1 tablespoon minced basil
salt and white pepper to taste
- Slice baguette into thin rounds and dry out on a sheet pan in a 300°
oven for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, puree all other ingredients un a food processor.

Spread generously on toasted baguette rounds and bake in a 350° oven until bubbling and crispy (about 10 minutes ).
