Lemon Dijon Marinade
Servings: Makes about 3/4 cup servings
1/4 cup ReaLemon® Lemon Juice from Concentrate
1/4 cup sliced green onions
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
5 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons chicken- flavored bouillon granules
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 pound skinned, boneless chicken breast halves
In small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken; mix well. In shallow dish or resealable plastic storage bag, pour marinade over chicken. Cover or close tightly.
Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill or broil chicken until fully cooked. Refrigerate leftover chicken.
