Lemon-Lime Pork

Serves 4 to 6.

1 (1- to 2-pound) boneless pork loin roast
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
3 fresh lemons, cut in half
3 fresh limes, cut in half
1 large onion, sliced
l lemon, sliced, for garnish
1 lime, sliced, for garnish

  1. Place pork loin roast into slow cooker and sprinkle lemon pepper
    seasoning on top.

  2. Squeeze lemon and lime halves over pork.

  3. Place sliced onions on top.

  4. Cook for 6 to 8 hours on Low and remove from cooker.

  5. Garnish with fresh lemon and lime slices.
