Lemon Pepper Chicken

No Exact Measurements, I hardly ever do that, I just cook! :stuck_out_tongue:

I use boneless skinless chicken breasts.

I wrap each one indiviually and place in the pan but upon wrapping I add the following to each one:

Coat with:
Chopped Garlic
Lemon Pepper
1 slice of lemon and squeeze the juice from each slice all over each chicken breast
1 tbsp of butter cut and placed all over chicken breasts
2 thinly sliced pieces of red bell pepper placed on top after all above ingredients are placed on each one bake until done approx. 1 hour on 375.
