Lemon White Chocolate Pistachio Cookies
2-1/4 cups of flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
3/4 tsp. Salt
2 Sticks of Butter
1 cup Light Brown Sugar
1/2 White sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Tbls. Grated Lemom peel or Orange peel.
1 cup White chocolate.
1 cup Chopped Pistachios[ Unsalted ]
Sift Flour, Baking Soda and Salt
Beat Butter and both sugars till light and fluffy. Add the eggs, vanilla and
peel of your choice. Add Flour mixture. Stir in White Chocolate and Nuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Makes 50-60 Cookies
