I made this on Monday Night for me and my wife and the inlaws !
What you will need :
2 x Pieces Tenderrised steak ( Cut into Cubes Small 2cm x 2cm )
1 x Can Tomato & Onion Mix
1 x Packet of Cup of Cream of Tomato Soup
1 x Heaped T-Spoon of Garlic
Peri Peri to taste
Salt to Taste
and some Tobasco Sauce
1 x Tablespoon Olive Oil
Some Mix Veg
Put the Oil in the Cooking pot , add the heaped T-spoon of garlic and Peri peri powder and fry for 3 minutes add the steak and fry until golden brown . Add the can of tomato and onion mix and let it simmer for 10 minutes .
Add the Packet of Cream of Tomato soup to a cup and boil some water , mix well together and add to the pot . Now add the Mix Veg. to the pot and let it simmer for 5 minutes while mixing in the mix Veg. Add some tobasco sauce and let it simmer for 20 minutes .
Dish it up while it is hot with some pieces of buttered Bread .
This is ideal for cold winter days or even when it is rainny
