Light and Healthy Dessert

Dessert Fruity Junket Yoghurt

2 cups strawberry low fat yoghurt
1 1/2 tbsp gelatin powder
1 cup low fat milk
Strawberries, sliced into fans, blueberries, kiwi sliced and persimmon slices
Fresh mint

Soak the gelatin in the milk for 10 minutes; boil until the gelatin is melted.
Mix together the gelatin and yoghurt; divide among dessert dishes and chill in the refrigerator.

To serve, arrange the fruit on top and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. Serve chilled.

The recipe is amazing but i have a question . How much gelatin should i use ?
