Linguini with Zucchini and Cheese
1 14-ounce jar RagÃº Old World Style Spaghetti Sauce
2 medium zucchini – thinly sliced
1 medium onion – finely chopped
2 cloves garlic – minced
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded Provolone cheese
8 ounces linguini – cooked and drained
In a medium saucepan, simmer sauce until heated through. Set aside and keep warm.
In a large skillet, sautÃ© zucchini, onion and garlic in margarine until vegetables are almost tender. Add basil. Spoon sauce, Parmesan and Provolone cheeses, and zucchini mixture over hot linguini. Toss to coat well.
