Little Smokies & Dumplings


1/2 lb. sauerkraut
1/4 cup diced onion
1 pkg. Little Smokies

In crockpot - cook Little Smokies, sauerkraut, and onion.


8 eggs
Milk (just a little)
Flour (adding one cup at a time)

Mix above ingredients together until sticky. Drop into boiling water by spoonfuls - until dumplings are cooked. Cut into smaller dumplings. In seperate pan - brown butter. Pour over the dumplings.

Add the dumplings to the Little Smokies, sauerkraut and onion until heated through.

(I have no real measurements on the milk or flour - I just use a little at a time until it makes a sticky dough with the eggs.)
