Liverwurst

Oh I am so bad - I am a liverwurst lover. A BIG liverwurst lover. If liverwurst is in the refrigerator I hear it calling my name - even in the middle of the night.

I had the best lunch today -

thick slice of liverwurst, fried in olive oil, smothered in caramelized onion, slathered in mustard on a soft toasted roll…

I was in heaven…

fight with me and make up with a BIG chunk of liverwurst…I’m so bad…

dinner was just BBQ chicken thighs and salad

(and I’m ready for another liverwurst sammie right now…)

I like liverwurst too. I just slather soft white bread with mayo, spread a thick layer of the wurst and top with sliced raw onion. Add a second slice of bread with mayo and chow down.
